Refund Policy

We want you playing, not filling out forms. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or refund. To start one, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and a quick note on what happened.

If your gear arrives defective

If your product arrives damaged, won’t light, or stops working within the 30-day window, we’ve got you. We’ll replace it or refund you in full — your choice.

If you changed your mind

No hard feelings. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service — we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest route to a different size or model is to return what you have and place a new order for what you want.

Not returnable

Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
